Manish Goenka
Founder & CEO of Edggi

Manish Goenka, Founder & CEO of Edggi, is a small-town visionary with big dreams and an unwavering passion for education. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Sales & Marketing. His professional journey began as a Management Trainee, and over the past 20 years, he has built a distinguished career in the corporate world.

Throughout his career, Manish has worked with global giants like Xerox, Sharp, Tata Motors, and Lodha Group, gaining invaluable experience in business strategy and leadership. His last role was as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Sobha Realty, Dubai, where he led a team of over 600 professionals and contributed to an annual revenue of ₹40,000 crores.

A firm believer in the power of education, Manish is on a mission to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world career opportunities. He is deeply committed to mentoring, upskilling, and guiding young professionals toward successful careers by providing industry-relevant, practical learning experiences.
